I recommend installing Improved Vanilla Portraits and More Portraits, and after that install Inevitable Zero portraits version (inevitable-portraits.zip). Non-portraits version of Inevitable Zero (inevitable.zip) is incompatible with Improved Vanilla Portraits/More Portraits.

Trails to Azure (NISA)

I recommend installing Improved Vanilla Portraits and More Portraits, and after that install Azure Vitality portraits version (vitality-portraits.zip). Non-portraits version of Azure Vitality (vitality.zip) is incompatible with Improved Vanilla Portraits/More Portraits.

This is version 1.0 of the mod. If this is your first playthrough i don't recommend using this mod as it contains spoilers. You can find the original source, updates and other mods on the Kiseki Modding Discord Server

AFAIK it's not compatible with CS1 Evolution Mod. I would try installing difficulty pack before the EVO mod replacing conflicting files. The readme of this mod explains what every modified file does, so you can use that as a guide on what to replace.
